1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the SellerApp DSP platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service. This agreement serves as a legally binding contract between you and SellerApp DSP regarding your use of our advertising technology services.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this policy or by notifying you via email. Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
2 Account Usage & Security
To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your password.
- You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
- You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided during the registration process or thereafter proves to be inaccurate, not current, or incomplete.
3 Payment Terms
Services are billed on a subscription basis or based on ad spend usage ("Billing Cycle"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis.
Note: Automatic Renewal
Unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the Billing Cycle, your subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions.
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or stated in a specific service agreement. We use third-party payment processors to handle secure transactions. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.
4 Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SellerApp DSP and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.
Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of SellerApp DSP.
5 Limitation of Liability
In no event shall SellerApp DSP, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
- Any content obtained from the Service; and
- Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
